My mission is to assist individuals of all ages and fitness levels in reaching their individual health and wellness goals through personalized exercise programs and progressive and structured guidance. My expertise lies in focusing on movement awareness, proper form, and addressing overarching movement patterns such as gait, transitions, and stability. I approach each session with compassion, patience, and thorough assessments so we can better work together and create a custom plan that meets your individual needs.
I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer, and I offer a wide range of training sessions and classes to individuals located in Providence, including personal and group strength training exercises, chair exercises suitable for seniors, as well as yoga and balance classes. My goal is to create a safe and encouraging environment where my clients feel comfortable enough to openly discuss their goals and progress, allowing them to produce optimal results.
My motto, "Good Form is the Beginning of Great Results," is the cornerstone of my approach to personal training and health coaching. This focus on excellent form allows individuals to maximally benefit from their exercise routine, avoiding injury and, more importantly, achieving their fitness objectives.
